We put a lot of effort into selecting products that delight our Freshman Fun Box®️ and The HBCU Box®️ customers. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at with your Order#. We'll track your shipment and arrange for a replacement if needed.

If you have a multi-box subscription and your student is no longer attending school, email us at to update the delivery address for future care packages.
