We work hard to curate products that are pleasing to our Freshman Fun Box™️ and The HBCU Box®️ customers. In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact hi@freshmanfunbox.com and include the Order#. We will track the shipment and/or provide a replacement if warranted.

If you have purchased a multi-box subscription and your student no longer attends school, please contact hi@freshmanfunbox.com to have the care packages sent to their new location.
