Returns & Refunds

We work hard to curate products that are pleasing to our Freshman Fun Box customers. In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@freshmanfunbox.com include the Order#. We will track the shipment and/or provide a replacement.

If you have purchased a multi-box subscription and your student no longer attends school, please contact support@freshmanfunbox.com. We will provide a refund for the remaining balance of the subscription.
